Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation
You will schedule for two sessions. In the first appointment, you will be given Terri's Stop Smoking Permanently CD and she will go into great detail about hypnosis, her methodology and what you can expect. Terri will also explain and teach her client an acupressure tapping technique which is phenomenal for reducing addictive cravings and releasing stress. Usually, one week later you are scheduled for the smoking cessation hypnosis session.
